Role Overview
As a Trading Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Sunoil’s trading activities. You will manage administrative processes, maintain accurate records, and facilitate compliance, sustainability, and supply chain activities. This role is crucial for reducing the administrative workload of the trading team, improving operational efficiency, contract performance management and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the ERP system with trading and supply chain data
- Prepare and manage trading documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Act as the main liaison between trading, compliance, sustainability, and finance teams
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and sustainability requirements
- Contract performance management, from contract entry to monitoring performance of contracts
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in trading or logistics
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (experience with Qbil is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
